What is the ‘Bulk’ meal plan?

The Bulk plan aim is to increase you mass, more importantly your muscle mass with minimal fat composition. During your bulking phase, you should increase your calorie intake by around 15%. The foods in the plan will give you an understanding of amount and the best foods for fuelling the body with energy and protein for mass gain.
