What is the ‘Lean and Mean’ meal plan?

If you want to be lean and mean, the calories you consume must be less than the calories you burn. This meal plan will help the goal to burn fat and retain muscle. If you burn ‘x’ number of calories a day, you will lose ‘x’ amount of fat every week. This can be achieved with a good food plan “LEAN and MEAN” combined with one of our exercise packages located in the Plan and Pricing page.
