My name is Josh, and I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach with a passion for helping people achieve their goals. My areas of expertise include fitness, strength, fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, mental health, recovery, rehabilitation, and conditioning training.
With over 8 years of experience in various training methods and a degree in Sport Science Strength and Conditioning, I am confident in my abilities to help you achieve your desired results.
As a Natural Bodybuilder, you can follow my journey through competitions and day-to-day health and fitness challenges. I believe in hard work, positive energy, consistency, an open mindset, determination, and the belief that there is no limitation to stop me from being the best version of myself.
My goal is to educate, demonstrate, and motivate you in the best way possible, while also providing a fun and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Mr No Days Off programs. I adopted this lifestyle three years ago and I have since become a much better version of myself thanks to Josh. I keep meeting my weight and muscular objectives which drives me to work harder and establish new, more challenging goals. Josh always pushes me to train harder and better and he does it with a smile and lots of motivation. He truly seeks to bring the best out of the people he helps training and always have a solution in case the program needs to be tweaked. Until I met Josh, I was never motivated to go to the gym. I liked HIIT workouts so Josh started Zoom call session with me from home. I enjoyed the sessions in the comfort of my home. No one looking at me, I was able to build my confidence and now I can go in and out the gym with confidence and focus. I always know exactly what I am doing because of Josh's clear instructions and patience. The coaching has improved my attitude towards my food and training and has built my confidence as a whole. No days off is a lifestyle choice. A choice of focus and commitment, a structure that is unbreakable and realistic. We aim to train the mind to think like there is no days off. This includes your diet, your training, your way of thinking and general knowledge. Of course you will have rest days, but even on rest days, your process of thinking is that there is no days off. It becomes almost like you are brushing your teeth in the mornings, so natural and embedded into your routine. You will naturally begin to plan ahead for the next week because preparation is always key to success.
